Food and Beverage
Food and Beverage Island Guides are responsible for delivering excellent service to our guests dining with us. They are expected to work in a fast-paced environment at our indoor grab and go locations, or our outdoor kiosks. There will be a multitude of tasks such as taking orders, food preparation, proper cooking of food, stocking, cash handling and ensuring the location is clean.
Engages with guests, personable, outgoing, customer focused, to draw them into the games arena. Will be familiar with all aspects of the park. Perform daily reporting and maintain price inventory levels.
Services all aspects of guests entering and exiting the park; Personable, outgoing, customer-focused individuals. Handles transactions for admissions, locker, and stroller rental. Familiar with park layout and ride information. Frontline person to introduce our guests to the theme park experience.
Our mission as Lost Island maintenance team members is to develop and implement strategies and policies to keep Lost Island above the industry standard when it comes to a clean and well-maintained theme park. We follow rigid inspection schedules for the rides: daily, weekly, and monthly as well as season ending, and we start all over for the following year. If you like to get your hands dirty, then this is for you!
Interact with guests, personable, outgoing, customer focused, familiar with all aspects of the park. Perform daily sales operations, ability to operate a POS system. All aspects of enhancing the guests' shopping experience, including restocking and cleaning retail locations.
Park Services will be responsible for maintaining a clean and well-maintained guest environment. The goal is to keep Lost Island Themepark above industry standards. Individuals will be out in the park helping guests as needed.
Parking Attendants will be assisting guests by way of a parking kiosk when needed. Attendants will maintain safety standards for all walking guests and direct guests’ vehicles to parking locations if needed for traffic flow.
Ride Operators and Ride Attendants
Lost Island Themepark Ride Operators and Attendants help build a family friendly experience like none other. Positions vary from operating the control panel for our Major Rides like our Coasters to Medium and Kiddie Rides for our wee guests. Attendants help the operator seat guests properly, check restraints, monitor the ride, and direct guests through the ride area.
The Security department maintains the safety of Lost Island by enforcing, documenting, and reporting security and safety policies. Security staff must have strong customer service skills to handle difficult situations gracefully. This job involves patrolling the park on foot in various types of weather as well as monitoring security cameras.
