Service Animals

The Lost Island Theme Park  and Waterpark welcomes trained service dogs, as currently defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The U.S. Department of Justice under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) defines a service dog as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness and be under the owner's control at all times. Owners are responsible for disposing of animal waste. Service animals are not permitted on most rides and must exit the loading area after the owner has boarded all attractions. Staff may not take responsibility for or provide care to any service animal. All animals that do not meet the definition of a service dog as defined under ADA are prohibited from entering the park.

Shops are accessible by wheelchairs but may include some tight spaces that may be difficult to navigate. Please ask a staff member if you need assistance at any time in one of our merchandise locations.

All restaurants and kiosks are accessible by wheelchair or ECV. If you have concerns about food allergies, ask a staff member for assistance finding the food option that is best for you. Almost every menu option can be modified to accommodate food allergies. A staff member can create an allergen friendly food option just for you, all you have to do is request one!
