Accessibility
Thank you for choosing to visit Lost Island. If you are a guest with a disability or need additional assistance, access or accommodation, we encourage you to start your day at Guest Services located at the entrance of the park. Staff will provide you with detailed information regarding rider requirements, accessibility entrances, wheelchair and ECV rentals (available at the themepark), service animals, and much more. A staff member will help direct you to the rides and activities in which you can participate in safely.
Accessible Parking
Parking for guests with disabilities, including van accessible spaces, are available. All vehicles using a marked disabled parking space must have a government-issued license plate or displayed disabled parking tag.
Follow the signage and instructions of the parking lot attendants. Accessible parking is utilized on a first-come, first-served basis. When accessible parking is full, guests will be directed to park in other guest parking areas.
Transportation to the Front Gate
Accessible spaces are within walking distance of The Lost Island Theme Park and Waterpark front gates. Guests must be able to get themselves as far as the front gate and our staff can assist from there.
Tickets
Tickets may be purchased ahead of time by visiting thelostisland.com or tickets can be purchased on site at the front gate.
Guest Services
Guest Services is located at the entrance of the park. The staff can provide a variety of services and additional information on amenities available at the park.
Wheelchair and ECV Rental - Themepark Only
Guest services rent wheelchairs and ECVs for a rental fee. Wheelchairs are $15 to rent. ECVs are $50 to rent. They must remain in the park while being rented and must be returned to Guest Services again before leaving.
First Aid
At Lost Island Themepark First Aid is located next to Volkanu: The Quest for the Golden Idol (the big volcano). At Lost Island Waterpark First Aid is located to the right of Tsunami Bay. Our First Aid stations are staffed by trained first aid professionals with knowledge of numerous unique first aid situations. If you have an emergency, please contact any adventure guide and they will notify First Aid to respond to you.
Guests bringing medications that must remain cool and/or extra oxygen bottles may leave these items at first aid. Please clearly label medications and other personal belongings with your name, address, and phone number. An ID may be required to retrieve the items.
Service Animals
The Lost Island Theme Park and Waterpark welcomes trained service dogs, as currently defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The U.S. Department of Justice under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) defines a service dog as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness and be under the owner's control at all times. Owners are responsible for disposing of animal waste. Service animals are not permitted on most rides and must exit the loading area after the owner has boarded all attractions. Staff may not take responsibility for or provide care to any service animal. All animals that do not meet the definition of a service dog as defined under ADA are prohibited from entering the park.
Shops
Shops are accessible by wheelchairs but may include some tight spaces that may be difficult to navigate. Please ask a staff member if you need assistance at any time in one of our merchandise locations.
Restaurants
All restaurants and kiosks are accessible by wheelchair or ECV. If you have concerns about food allergies, ask a staff member for assistance finding the food option that is best for you. Almost every menu option can be modified to accommodate food allergies. A staff member can create an allergen friendly food option just for you, all you have to do is request one!
Games - Themepark Only
All games are accessible to guests with disabilities. All games require an additional fee in addition to your park admission.
Adventure Golf
Lost Island Adventure Golf has 18-holes of miniature golf accessible by wheelchair or ECV.

Every guest with a disability is different, and you are the best judge of the service you require. If you have a special request, please contact us by email, as early as possible.
