Event Description
This family-friendly race will take you through our KOA Campground, around our 15-acre lake, through the Waterpark and end on the wave pool deck for a chance to dip your toes in the water. Runners will receive a day-pass valid for one-day admission to the waterpark during the 2022 season. Season pass holders will receive a $25 credit to their account for in park spending. Bring your whole family or take some time for yourself to enjoy a slice of Iowa's island paradise!
Participants will receive a t-shirt and a race bib commemorating the 2nd annual Race to Paradise. Strollers are welcome and children under 3 are free for the race and entry into the Waterpark. Awards to be given for overall male and female and 1st place male and female in age categories. Guaranteed date for a shirt is June 1st, 2022.

7 a.m.-7:45 a.m. Packet Pick-up at the starting line, end of bridge at front entrance
8 a.m. 5K Race starts, Lost Island Parking Lot
9:00-9:30 Awards in the Pavilion Area
