Season Pass Social Contract

Upon purchase, all season pass holders will need to agree to the following:

Lost Island Waterpark & Themepark wants all our Guests to have fun while visiting. Therefore, to ensure everyone has the best possible experience we now require all Season Pass holders’ compliance with the following guidelines.

The Season Pass Holder will avoid engaging in the following behavior:

  • Blatant disregard for posted safety rules and park policies, including but not limited to:
  • Exiting a ride vehicle prior to the end of the ride
  • Inappropriate riding conduct resulting in the injury of others
  • Climbing on railings, fencing, structures, tables, or chairs
  • Unauthorized use of Group pavilions and/or Over 18 decking area
  • Destruction and/or vandalism of Lost Island property
  • Tobacco use and/or vaping inside the park
  • Excessive profanity and/or loud music that disrupts other Guests’ experience
  • All pass holders 13 years old and younger must be accompanied by a responsible adult while visiting the themepark, waterpark, golf, and go-karts.

Failure to comply with any of these terms will result in immediate revocation of the Season Pass Holder’s pass for one year from the date of infraction without a refund.

The Season Pass Social Contract will be available in your confirmation email and can be completed via computer or smart device. 

A new signed contract must be on file at the time of redemption of all 2024 season passes. 

Guests 15 years old and younger will need a waiver completed by a guardian.
